Sascha Kullig joins vdp Board of Directors

Carsten Dickhut is appointed Department Head Communications
Sascha Kullig (48) is set to become a Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (vdp) with effect from July 1, 2020. In his new position he will be joining the vdp’s Chief Executive Jens Tolckmitt and Managing Director Dr. Otmar Stöcker.
At the same time, Carsten Dickhut (41) will take on responsibility for Communications at the vdp. In their respective new functions, Kullig and Dickhut will succeed Dr. Helga Bender (66), who goes into retirement on June 30, 2020, after 20 years of service with the Association.
Kullig has been Department Head of the vdp’s Pfandbrief, Capital Markets and Investor Relations business segment since the end of 2003, and has coordinated the Association’s Sustainable Finance activities since 2018. In his new function, the economist will continue to head his present business segment while additionally assuming responsibility for coordinating both the Valuation segment and Real Estate Market and Domestic Real Estate Finance.
Dickhut, who holds a degree in Business Administration, has been Deputy Department Head Communications with the vdp since October 2019. He previously worked with NORD/LB subsidiary Deutsche Hypo, Hanover, where he was responsible for the bank’s Communications activities.
